Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order arrive?
Gift box cookie orders (2 dozen per order or less) are prepared no more than 2 business days following order placement and should arrive within 1-3 business days after shipment. Please refer to our shipping table for more.
Corporate / Party Tray or large orders (3 dozen or more per order) require at least 2 weeks lead time and are shipped on the next available shipping day. (See Table for shipping days)
Pies and Cobblers need at least 1 week lead time and are only available for Express Domestic or Pickup.
For all shipped orders we ship Mondays - Thursdays to ensure that your cookies aren’t left to sit in a post office over the weekend. While your cookies will still be fresh should this occur, we like our recipient to enjoy them as quickly as possible!
Rush orders - for same day in person delivery - on ANY order will incur a 25% rush order fee. These orders must be placed prior to 10 AM CST to receive by 6PM
If your order is not a rush order, but you do want your order to arrive on a particular date, please be sure to let us know in the memo field of your order or contact us directly at email@example.com.
What are your shipping options?
We offer four shipping options for your order:
- Ground: We ship via UPS Ground. Order will arrive 1-5 business days after shipment.
- Priority: We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Order will arrive 1-3 business days after shipment.
- Express Domestic: We hand-deliver your order to the buyer's address. Order will arrive 1-3 business days after placement.
Please Note, Express Domestic is only available for delivery within a 10 mile radius 60626. Click here to see where Express Domestic delivers.
- Pickup: Location to be determined based on order.
For all methods of shipping, all baked goods are carefully packaged to avoid breakage/damage.
Do you do Same Day Orders?
Unfortunately, same day orders are not available.
I asked for Pickup but now I want it delivered. Can I change it?
Unfortunately, due to the way items are prepared for shipment, we cannot change a pickup order to a shipped order. If you are unable to make it to the Pickup Location at the arranged time, please call us at 773-999-PIES and we will see if we can help. Additional fees may apply.
